Coronavirus Update – More than 70 thousand cases, 3604 cases were reported in the last 24 hours
National , 12 May 2020 : As per the report, 3604 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health, 70,756 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country.
Of these, 46,008 are active cases. 22,454 patients have recovered. 2293 people have died.
In the case of states, more than 23000 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Maharashtra. More than 8500 cases have been confirmed in Gujarat. More than 8000 cases have also been reported in Tamil Nadu.
112 new COVID patients in last 24 hours in Pune district
As per the report released by Pune district health officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, 112 new Coronavirus positive patients have been detected in Pune district today taking the total tally to 2969. Out of this 1240 have been cured and sent home from hospitals, while 161 have lost their lives. There are still 1568 patients admitted to hospitals including 106 critical patients.
