Dholera Sir project welcomes Pune investors

So, we have initiated Dholera Sir, a world’s biggest high-tech green smart city project under the project Vibrant 839 in Dholera Sir. Now we are inviting Puneits to invest in this ambitious project,” said Dr. Jignesh Joshi, Director, JMPC, Joshi Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Smita Mandevia, Consulate of the republic of Mali, Bhimsen Agarwal, Essen Group, Suryakant Kakde of Kakde Group, Rajendra Pawar of Roshni Construction were the chief guests of this seminar. Dr. Jignesh Joshi, Director announced channel partners for this project.
Dr. Joshi was addressing an Investment Seminar in Pune. While elaborating the project Dr. Joshi said, “Encompassing 22 villages and spreading over 920 sq. Kms, Dholera project is situated in Dholera Tehsil in Ahemadabad district. This ambitious project is bigger that Ahemadabad and approximately double that capital city Delhi. It is located between the industrial cities of Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot and Bhavnagar.
Detailing Dholera Sir, India’s first hi-tech Greenfield smart industrial city project, Dr Ajay Shah, CEO, JMPC J. Joshi Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd, said, “Dholera Sir project is designed to be ISO 37120 compliant. Master Planning of the city is done by UK-based reputed Halcrow Company. We have appointed Aecom for planning and implementation. Information, Communication and Technology part will be monitored by well known company Wipro. IBM and Cisco companies have been appointed as Intelligence managers. With the investment of Rs. 700 Crore, we have started 28 projects under this project.”
Dr. Joshi further added that to attract investors from Pune, we have started selling clear title NA plots under this projects. We are selling plots measuring from 2000 Sq.Ft and above from our land bank of 1600 acres. With our credibility, we got honour to participate in Industrial tours of our President and Prime Minister to foreign countries. We have completed 100 real estate projects in Ahemadabad and 28 more projects to unveil soon.
“To make it easier for Puneits and other city customers to buy open plots in Dholera Sir, we have appointed our chanel partners in Pune, Kolhapur, Nasik, Thane, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Goa,” said Dr. Jignesh Joshi.
