Do’s and dont’s for visiting Lonavala
| Police officials of the Pune rural police have barred tourists visiting Bhushi dam in Lonavala after 2 pm.People will not be allowed to stop at Bhusihi dam, Tiger point, Lion point, Sunset point and other risky places after 4 pm.
Police will take aggressive drives against drink-driving. Similarly police have appealed people not to park vehicles on road in a way which obstructs traffic and will also be penalizing vehicles for not obeying traffic rules. Only two-wheelers and cars will be permitted on roads which are narrow near the tourist spots.Vehicles other than two wheelers and cars should be parked at designated paid parking spaces. Lonavala police said that three tourists have died this season and so police is taking precautions to avoid any mishap. |
