ECA- Pune chapter to hold three-day fest to instil better educational practices.

Pune, June 21, 2019: In order to inculcate appropriate teaching methods and provide exposure to innovative educational practices, the Early Childhood Association (ECA)- Pune chapter will present, India’s biggest teacher training festival- ‘EDUFEST 2019’ for educators, teachers, parents and professionals working in the field of early childhood education in Pune.

The festival which has been scheduled for the second time in Pune will take place on July 4, 5 and 6, 2019 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) at two independent venues, which includeYashada at Baner and MCCIA at Senapati Bapat Road. Under the management ofTerritory Heads of ECA Insiyah Rahim, Harshita sharma, Masarrat Tavawala, there will be approximately 80 sessions with more than 70 speakers back to back between both the venues and the event will be held simultaneously on the same dates in order to reach out to a large number of professionals in and around Pune and PCMC areas.

According to the organizers, the concept behind the festival will be to provide a vast number of comprehensive and varied training sessions simultaneously over the three days to the audience.

“The fest will provide exposure to innovative educational practices in the field of early childhood education and bring together like-minded people under the same roof and provide common training that caters to all kinds of preschools and early childhood centres. Experts in the field will give presentations and there will be exchange of thoughts on various topics in solving educational tasks,” said Aditya Tapadia, National Core Committee Member, ECA, India.

There will be workshops on adjacent (Concurrent) topics like grooming and personality development, SWOT analysis, happiness coaching among others at the fest with special sessions in Marathi to include a diverse group of educators.

“We want to build a stronger learning community for professionals in the field of early education and create an opportunity for open forum discussions and networking opportunities with educators from across the nation,” said Dr Swati Popat Vats, President, ECA- India.

There will b registration counter for ECA membership at both venues with easy and quick online registration options for school teams, early bird discounts and other perks. There will be provision of snacks and meals at the venues.
