New Delhi, 9th April 2024: National Security Advisor Ajit Doval said during the launch event of a book on ancient Indian history in Delhi that there are some questions about Indian history that no one raises, not even our spies. One reason for this is its antiquity, as it is one of the oldest civilizations. People who believe in this idea contribute to the unity of the nation.

NSA Ajit Doval made this statement during the launch event of the book “Prachin Bharat Ka Itihas” (History of Ancient India) in Delhi on Tuesday. Doval said, “There are some questions about Indian history that no one raises, not even our spies. One reason for this is its antiquity, as it is one of the oldest civilizations. The second reason is its continuity, meaning it started around 4000-5000 years ago and has been continuing without interruption to this day without any
disruption. The third reason is its vast expanse.”

Doval further stated, “Members of nationalism are those who share a common understanding of history, a general understanding of the achievements of our ancestors in the past and a shared vision for their future. All those who believe in this idea contribute to the unity of our nation.”
