Every Citizen In India Will Be Vaccinated By December 2021: Union Minister Prakash Javadekar
New Delhi, May 28, 2021: The production of vaccines will increase from August and vaccination of all Indians will be completed by December, said Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar.
He said, “So far, 200 million people have been vaccinated. By December, 218 crore doses will be available. Therefore, 108 crore citizens will be vaccinated.”
He further said that India has so far completed the phase of 20 crore vaccinations. India ranks second in the world in terms of vaccination.
Today, 29,19,699 beneficiaries in the country benefited from the vaccine. Therefore, the total number of vaccinated citizens has now reached 20,57,20,660.
