Expansion of the Chief Minister’s office to the taluka level is being considered

Mumbai, Feb 28, 2020: In order to speed up the development of Maharashtra, the works are being done on the priority basis. To make more progress of the state, the ruling parties and opposition party are committed to come together and work together for the development of the state, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said in the Maharashtra assembly today.

The Chief Minister was replying to the discussion on the Governor’s speech. He said that the pace of development work is getting a momentum. We are not a opposed to development but ones who loved Maharashtra. Priority of development works are being fixed and implemented.

The poor people of the state do not need to come Mantralaya several times for petty works, Therefore, Chief Minister Office (CMO) was started at the divisional level. The Chief Minister said that it is now being considered to expand it to taluka level.

This year, Maharashtra is completing 60 years. On this occasion, we should celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, which will thrill not only the country but also the world, said Mr. Thackeray.

The Chief Minister informed that the first list of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Shetkari Karjamukti Yojana was released three days ago. A second list will be announced in the coming one or two days. “I and the Deputy Chief Minister interacted with the farmers through video conferencing. The farmers have been satisfied with this scheme,” Mr.Thackeray added. When 85-year-old hospitalized person came to know about the benefits of crop loan waiver scheme from this scheme, he felt happy to hear this.

The needy people have been helped through the Shiv Bhoj scheme. The government is taking strong strides towards success. The Chief Minister also promised that the government will stand firmly behind the tribal brothers and weaker sections to protect them.

Marathi Rangbhoomi (theater) is a major achievement in the country and this theater has portrayed the sufferings of the society. The Chief Minister said that a hall will be constructed to apprise the history of this Rangbhumi in Mumbai.

He said that they will not tolerate the language of atrocities against Marathi brothers in Maharashtra occupied by Karnataka. The Chief Minister requested that to keep aside political views and try to unite for the sons of Marathi mothers. A law is being formulated for atrocities against women in Maharashtra. The Chief Minister also said that the opposition must show our shortcomings, but both the ruling party and the opposition are committed to the development of the state. It should be noted.
