Fans Will See Late Actor Irrfan Khan One Last Time On The Silver Screen: ‘The Song of Scorpions’ To Release in 2021

Pune, December 28, 2020: In the year 2020, we lost many exceptionally talented celebrities. One of them was Irrfan Khan who passed away in April. His sudden demise was shocking to the Indian film industry as well as his fans. Irrfan was loved by people for his exceptional acting and personality.
Even Hollywood recognised and approved of his talents. The fans have a chance to see Irrfan Khan on the big screen for one last time. One of his old films ‘The Song of Scorpions’ will be released in theaters soon. The film has already been screened at a film festival earlier.
‘The Song of Scorpions’ was directed by Anup Singh. In 2017 the movie was screened at the 70th Locarno Film Festival. This movie, filmed with a Rajasthani background, is a Swiss-French-Singaporean production. Along with Irrfan Khan, the cast includes Iranian actress Golshifteh Farahani, as well as, Bollywood’s veteran actress Waheeda Rehman, playing important roles in the film.
In the film, Irrfan is seen playing the character of a Camel merchant. Anup Singh worked with Irrfan Khan prior to this in the movie ‘Kissa’ which has been popular among the people and received a lot of love from the fans.
