Fifth Pune Travel Festival To Be Held from January 17 to 19

Pune, 16th January 2025: The Bharatiya Paryatan Vikas Co-Operative Society is organizing the fifth edition of the Pune Travel Festival from January 17 to 19, 2025, at Hotel Central Park, Deccan, Pune. The festival will be inaugurated on Friday, January 17, at 10:30 AM and will remain open to the public from 10 AM to 8 PM on all three days. Entry to the event is free for all Pune residents, as announced by the society’s chairman, Pravin Ghorpade, during a press conference. Present at the event were Secretary Prathamesh Kulkarni, Treasurer Hemant Jani, and Directors Santosh Mane, Sajesh Pille, Ashish Hingmire, and Amit Kulkarni.

Pravin Ghorpade said, “This year marks the fifth edition of the Pune Travel Festival. Over 60 renowned travel companies from Pune will showcase their tour packages, and a variety of cultural programs have been planned. Key stakeholders from the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), Directorate of Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Pune Airport Administration, Pune Railway Station, Passport Office, Metro Administration, PMPML Administration, travel agency associations, hotel and restaurant associations, resorts associations, agro-tourism groups, local tour guides, and event management sectors have been invited to participate. The festival will feature discussions by notable experts on strategies for tourism development in the state.”

The festival will offer a one-stop solution for travel options ranging from local destinations like Konkan to international ones like California. Visitors can plan and book tours during the festival, with special discounts available for bookings made on-site. Additionally, daily lucky draws will be held, and numerous travel companies will present exclusive deals and packages.
