For Asking Pay Toll, Shift In-charge Beaten By Six Persons At Somatane Phata Toll Plaza

Talegaon, January 15, 2021: A group of six people had beaten a shift in-charge at Somatane Phata toll plaza because he asked them to pay the toll charges. The incident took place on Thursday (Jan 14) at 2 pm.
Yashraj Shivram Hake, Umed Singh Durgasingh Rajput, Deepak Harilal Vishwakarma, Gurupeet Sukhwinder Singh, Siddharth Shivaji Dhakne are the names of the accused. Shailendra Bhagwan Shishode (35), resident of Somatane Toll Naka, Tal. Maval has complained to Talegaon Dabhade Police Station.
According to police, the complainant Shishode works as a shift in-charge at Somatane toll plaza on the old Pune-Mumbai highway. Two cars arrived at the toll plaza at 2 pm on Thursday. The accused in the car allegedly assaulted Shishode, beat him with their hands and iron rod just because Shishode had asked them to pay the mandatory toll tax.
In the incident, Shishode was badly hurt. Talegoan Dabhade police are investigating the case further.
