Former Indian Captain Sourav Ganguly Suffered a Heart Attack, Hospitalised, Primary Angioplasty

Kolkata, 2-1-2021| Former captain of the Indian cricket team and Board of Control for Cricket of India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly has been admitted to the hospital after a deterioration in health in the New Year. According to information, Ganguly has been admitted to the Woodland Hospital in Kolkata. Sourav Ganguly was suffering from chest pain after which he had been admitted. He is currently undergoing primary angioplasty.
The former Indian captain complained of chest pain on Friday, January 1st, following which he was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital as a precautionary measure. At present, his health is improving and doctors are monitoring his condition. BCCI president and former Indian team captain Sourav Ganguly suffered a heart attack on Saturday following which he has been admitted to the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata.
According to reports, Angioplasty will be performed on him in the evening. According to hospital sources, his condition is now stable.
