GHRCEM Pune’s Student Team Finovators Secures Runner-Up Position at Tem-e-thon Hackathon

Pune, 16th February 2025: G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune, students team Finovators including members, Lakshya Makode (B.Tech – CSE-AI), Swapnil Patil (SY AI-ML-B), and Sumit Gond (SY AI-ML-B), secured the Runner-Up position at Tem-e-thon, offline hackathon organized by Temenos at Anna University, Chennai.

In recognition of their ground-breaking work, Team Finovators was awarded a joint Apple iPad Air 2, a testament to their dedication.

Team Finovators showcased their exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative mindset. Their project focused on addressing the ethical use of AI in banking, a critical issue in the rapidly evolving fintech sector. By employing a technology-driven, AI-based approach, they developed a solution that offers practical and responsible applications of artificial intelligence in banking systems.
