“Go Yellow”: Safety Research Foundation Conducts Road Safety Awareness Program

Pune, 2nd March 2022: “Go Yellow”, a road safety awareness program was conducted on the 25th and 26th of February by Randhir Rathod from Safety Research Foundation (SRF) and Program coordinator Altaf Pirjade.

Go Yellow badges were distributed to road users which symbolises ‘My Commitment towards Road Safety’. This initiative was to make road users aware of the traffic rules, regulations and fines involved.

Yellow colour stands individual’s responsibility toward
Safe driving
Use of helmet
Use of seatbelts
No signal jumping
No rash driving
No drink and drive
No talking on phone while driving
Respect the stop line
No over speeding

Dr Pracaiti Punde, Mrs Universe Australiasia, also gave her valuable participation for this social cause and spread the message of road safety rules to the road users. The volunteer for Safety Research Foundation played a very important role in spreading the message by clipping the Go Yellow badges and making the road users aware of traffic safety rules.

Safety Research Foundation Pune Founder and President Jaya Padmanabhan and Ajit Dandapani and trustees Sesh Subramanium and Chitra Subramanium were also present on the occasion.
