Gokhale Constructions to undertake largest commercial real estate project in Kothrud, Pune
Pune, May 16: Gokhale Constructions, one the best-known names when it comes to re-development of old residential societies is now foraying into the commercial segment of real estate. The company will set up ‘Gokhale Business Bay’, the largest commercial complex in Kothrud, which is coming up right opposite City Pride – Kothrud on the 1.5 acre piece of land. This premium commercial complex will involve mixed use development of about 4 Lac square feet and will have spaces for upmarket retail brands, hospitality and commercial use. Gokhale Business Bay will be 50 meters tall and will have 15 floors and each floor plate will be of 30000 square feet approximately and will have office spaces starting from 3000 square feet along with the hospitality and retail spaces, which will start from 5000 square feet onwards.
