Good News: No Hike In Property Tax This Year For PCMC Residents

Pimpri, January 19, 2021: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has decided not to make any hike in the property tax this year owing to Covid-19 pandemic and the municipal elections. Nevertheless, this has given a pleasant surprise to the residents.

The decision was made during the Standing Committee meeting. Currently, those who are paying the property tax between Rs one thousand to 12,000 has to pay 13 percent on the property tax, Rs 12,000 to Rs 30,000 has 16 percent while above it  24 percent.

Similarly, there will be no hike in the water tax too.
