HC grants bail to Chhagan Bhujbal

Mumbai – The Bombay High court on Friday granted bail to former minister Chhagan Bhujbal.

He was Minister of Public Works & Special Assistance Department, (Excluding Public Undertaking) Maharashtra State and Guardian Minister, Nashik District; Member of Legislative Assembly, Yeola Assembly. He and his nephew Sameer Bhujbal are currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai as undertrials on a number of large-scale corruption, embezzlement and cheating charges.
