New Delhi, June 9, 2020: The Chinese media is trying to pressure India, amidst the tensions between the two countries in eastern Ladakh. The Global Times, on Sunday, shared a video of thousands of soldiers’ maneuvers. Through this, the Chinese media is trying to show that at the border, China can collect its troops and weapons at any time. The Indian expert said that this is an old Chinese habit. The time has come that we too should play with their minds.

Media Global Times claimed that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has conducted large-scale maneuvers in high altitude areas in the northwest of China. It consists of thousands of paratroopers and armoured carriages. The Global Times report tried to show how quickly China can strengthen its border security if needed.

India’s China expert Brahma Chellani warned that India extended friendship with China, but China’s communist dictatorship has shown aggression in Ladakh. The incident is reminiscent of Mao’s 1962 military invasion. India should be cautious. There have been three clashes between Indian and Chinese soldiers in May. Speaking on these incidents, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) had said that Indian soldiers carry out activities within their borders. Activities beyond the Indian Army’s Line of Actual Control (LAC) are not correct. These are the actions of China, due to which our regular patrolling is hindered.
