India Vs Sri Lanka T20 Cricket Match To Be Played In Pune

Pune, 26th December 2022: The Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) announced at a press conference today that a T20 cricket match between India and Sri Lanka will be held on January 5 2023 at the MCA Stadium in Gahunje, Pune.
This will be the second T20 match of a 6 match series between the two countries, featuring 3 T20 matches and 3 ODI matches. The series will begin on 3rd January, 2023 after the ongoing Indian tour of Bangladesh that ends on December 26.
This will be the 4th T20 game to be held at the stadium and the 13th International encounter for India. So far, the stadium has held 2 Tests, 7 ODIs, 3 T20s and 51 IPL matches. The match will be held as normal and the MCA has not declared any special Covid-19 protocols for the event. The tickets for the event will be sold online for the usual prices.
