iPhone SE4 Rumored To Launch With Major Upgrades; Price Is Rumoured To Be Under Rs 50,000

New Delhi, 20th January 2025: The highly anticipated iPhone SE4 is expected to debut with significant upgrades, positioning it as one of Apple’s most powerful and affordable offerings yet. Reports suggest the device will feature Apple’s latest A18 chipset, a 48MP camera, Face ID, and other advanced features, marking a major leap from its predecessor, the iPhone SE3.
Apple’s SE series has long been popular among users seeking premium features at an affordable price. While the series saw no updates after the iPhone SE3 launch in 2022, recent reports indicate that Apple has resumed development and is preparing for a potential launch around March or April 2025.
The iPhone SE4 is rumored to include Apple’s A18 chipset, the same as the flagship iPhone 16 series, ensuring top-tier performance. It may also feature Apple’s in-house 5G modem for enhanced connectivity. Storage options are expected to range from 128GB to 512GB, with RAM configurations of up to 8GB. Apple Intelligence features may also make their way into the device.
The SE4’s camera system will reportedly receive a major boost with a 48MP single rear lens, a significant upgrade from the 12MP sensor in the SE3. Features like cinematic mode, smart HDR, AI photography, and portrait mode are expected, though night mode may not be included.
Battery capacity is also rumored to increase, with a 3,279mAh battery replacing the SE3’s 2,010mAh. The device is expected to support 20W wired charging and 12W wireless charging. In compliance with EU regulations, the SE4 will feature a USB-C charging port.
Reports indicate the iPhone SE4’s price in India could be below ₹50,000 (approximately $429 in the US), making it slightly more expensive than the SE3 but justified by the numerous upgrades.
While rumors have generated excitement, Apple has yet to confirm these details. As such, some features and specifications may vary from current reports.
