ISBS features in the National Institutional Ranking Framework for quality education
Pune, June 12, 2019: Indira School of Business Studies (ISBS) that provides PGDM and MBA programs under the aegis of Shree Chanakya Education Society has been featured in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2019.
The NIRF Ranking, which was launched on September 29, 2015 is a validation of quality for educational institutions, as approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This framework outlines a methodology to rank institutions across the country.
Additionally, the MBA program at ISBS also received accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) recently.
Director ISBS, Dr. Renu Bhargava stated that Indira Group of Institutes (IGI) is celebrating its silver jubilee year with a quarter century of history crafting quality education centers by its visionary leaders, Dr. Tarita Shankar and Prof. Chetan Wakalkar. “The recognition of quality education at ISBS, as dictated by bodies such as NBA and NIRF is a hallmark dedicated to Post Graduate Management Education in India which is set for series of significant changes. These changes are in line with the global models for continuous improvement and knowledge tested by “outcome” based education model to ensure that acquired knowledge is usable and applicable. ISBS has successfully adopted the outcome-based education model to conduct its programs,” she said.
