IT company’s employee shocked to find cockroach in office canteen food
Pune : A cockroach was found in tandoori roti at the food court of Quadron Business Park in Hinjawadi on Tuesday.
An IT company employee had ordered food from Express Cafe.
“I had gone there for lunch when i found cockroach in tandoori roti. After taking the issue with the incharge, he offered free food next day instead of accepting and apologising for the act”, said the customer told Punekar News.
He also added,”Earlier also one person had fallen sick after eating there. The authorities must take action and check food quality of the cafe.”
A media query sent to the Quadron Business Park did not get any reply. The report will be updated after their statement is received.
