J.D. Power Honors Highest-Ranked Performers in Customer Satisfaction at India Awards Event

SINGAPORE: 14 Feb. 2018 —J.D. Power recognized the highest-performing automotive, two-wheeler, tractor and tire brands in its 2017 India customer satisfaction studies at an award ceremony held in New Delhi yesterday evening.

Senior executives from automotive companies and leading media outlets in India attended the ceremony, where Darren Slind, Vice President South Asia, ASEAN and Oceania, J.D. Power Singapore and Jacob George, Vice President and General Manager, J.D. Power Asia Pacific presented awards to brands that ranked highest in J.D. Power studies in special recognition of their contribution to customer experience excellence.

“This evening is an opportunity to recognize the outstanding achievement of being ranked highest in customer satisfaction,” said Slind. “The awards demonstrate an unwavering perseverance and commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction in a challenging and competitive market.”
