Kisankraft Provides 100 Laptops for Underprivileged School Children

Mumbai, May 14, 2018: KisanKraft Ltd, an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and wholesale distributor of high quality agricultural equipment for “small & marginal farmers”, has funded to non-profit organization M/s Computer Shiksha to purchase of 100 Laptops as a part of its CSR initiative. These Laptops were provided to 9 different schools for underprivileged children to be used for computer education.

The computers will benefit approximately 1,300 students in 9 schools. In order to help these students learn and utilize the maximum potential of these computers, KisanKraft Limited also funded a “Training of Trainers” program. This was an 8 day, fully residential computer training program held at Gurgaon, by Computer Shikhsa, for 31 trainers. These trainers will teach computer skills to students at the schools.

The KisanKraft Limited has registered “KisanKraft Foundation” in November 2017, to initiate a philanthropic aide to support the farmers, rural labor and underprivileged sections of society.

Speaking on this, Mr. Ravindra K Agrawal, Managing Director of KisanKraft Ltd said, “At KisanKraft, we have always striven towards helping the farmers of our country. For example, this year KisanKraft Limited has donated computers, which will be the key to unlocking the potential of over 1300 children that dream of greater things.”
