Delhi, 6th February 2022: South Indian food ‘Idli and Dosa’ are the dishes liked by every Indian. Most people talk about the taste of it, however, these dishes are very rich and beneficial in terms of health.

Idli and Dosa are made by using yeast. Yeast contains good bacteria. Such food is also called probiotic food. Even doctors recommend taking probiotic foods for quick recovery from the corona.

According to Dietitian Vidhi Chawla, “probiotics are good bacteria that bring many benefits to our body. It keeps our digestion right, saves people from diarrhea, and heals quickly. They also have many benefits for women.
They also keep the vaginal and urinary tract healthy. Probiotic foods improve your immunity as well as protect you from many types of allergies.”

She further added “People abroad take probiotic supplements to keep the stomach healthy. Now, this trend is increasing in India too. Although the method advises, it will be more beneficial if you take good bacteria from Indian food instead of market supplements. For natural probiotics, you can include curd, yogurt, paneer, idli, dosa, buttermilk in the food.”
