Kolkata woman techie murdered in Talwade, Pune

Pune, December 24 – In a shocking incident, a woman software engineer was allegedly murdered while walking back home in Talwade on Friday night.

The deceased has been identified as Antara Debanand Das (23), a native of  Sarsuna main road, South 24 Pargana district of West Bengal. She worked with Capgemini in Talwade.

Satyendra Krishnanad Simpi (36) of Dapodi, who had rushed her to hospital after finding her in a pool of blood, has lodged an FIR with Dehu road police station against unidentified killer.

According to police, Simpi was returning home when he found injured Antara at KNB chowk. She was attacked with sharp object. He immediately rushed her to a hospital in Chinchwad but doctors declared her brought dead.

Police found her Adhar card which has address of West Bengal.
