Laptop thief arrested in Aundh

Pune – A total of nine laptops have been recovered from a 32-year-old man from Nepal in Aundh.

Acting on a tip off received by police constable Pravin Patil, a detection branch team led by Assistant Police Inspector Sandesh Kenjale nabbed Ganga Singh Rajnath near Ambedkar chowk in Aundh on Monday evening.

According to police, the arrested accused lives in Aundh gaon with his brother in law. He had stolen the laptops in the month of July from Ira Systems Technologies, a computer hardware shop, located behind Medi Point hospital on Aloma County road.

He was trying to sell the stolen laptops when police received information about it and arrested him.
