‘Second Edition of Pune’s Largest Internship Fair’ on 19th & 20th March
INVESTRONAUT & the Entrepreneurship Development Center(V-EDC),
Pune come together for the ‘Second Edition of Pune’s Largest Internship Fair’, being held on on 19th & 20th March at VIT.
The Internship Mela, brings together entrepreneurial minds of the industry in the form of Start-ups and facilitates their interaction with students who are inclined towards Entrepreneurship. Start-ups have the opportunity to pitch for funding from leading venture capitalists of the industry.
An expected crowd of around 5000 Undergraduate and Graduate Students across Pune from various fields including Engineering, Management (BBA, MBA, etc.),Commerce, School of Mass Communication, Arts and others will come to seek internships.
Bharat Agarwal, Executive Director of Vishwakarma Group of Institutes says, “The Internship Mela is platform of engagement between Students, Start ups and Angel Investors. There are huge takeaways for everyone: Students get benefit of having an internship opportunity which is most relevant in todays scenario of tough competitions for jobs and higher education, Start Ups get a choice of interns to choose and most of these students are bright minds to work with and Investors get to meet Start Ups and students to foresee any investment opportunity and also motivate students entrepreneurs. Also, the highlight for participating Startups will be Business Plan Competition conducted by Investronaut. The winners can look forward to business advisory services by Investronaut and trophies from VIT. The winners will be facilitated at an Awards Ceremony on the 20th March, 2016 followed by dinner.
