Lonavla: Girl Falls To Death During Walk At Lion’s Point
Lonavla, 22nd February 2024: A leisurely walk at Lion’s Point turned into a tragic incident as 20-year-old Sakshi Ramesh Hore, a resident of Davadi, Pune, lost her balance and fell into a deep valley, resulting in her death. She was student of DY Patil Engineering College in Akurdi.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Lonavla Police and volunteers from Shivdurg Mitra Lonavla Sanstha swiftly responded.
Despite the challenging terrain, the members of the Sanstha retrieved Sakshi’s body from the valley, employing their skills and a rope for the descent.
