Viman Nagar, 14th July 2026: Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune invites food connoisseurs on a culinary voyage to the City of Joy with “Kolkata Khadya Carnival – With the Flavors of Bengal,” a specially curated Bengali food festival at The Eatery from 17th to 26th July 2026. Showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Bengal, the festival offers guests an opportunity to savour authentic recipes, traditional cooking techniques, and the soulful flavours that have made Bengali cuisine one of India’s most beloved gastronomic treasures.
Bringing the essence of Kolkata to Pune, the festival features an indulgent spread of regional specialties inspired by the bustling streets, celebrated eateries, and comforting home kitchens of Bengal. From aromatic curries and fresh seafood delicacies to iconic vegetarian preparations and decadent desserts, every dish is crafted to evoke nostalgia, celebrate tradition, and transport diners to the heart of Bengal through a truly immersive dining experience.
The festival is curated by Chef Joyadrita R. Chatterjee, an acclaimed former Communication Coach turned Home Chef from Chennai, recognized at the Orange Flower Awards 2023 and honoured among “The Best Home Chefs” at the Home Chefs and Bakers Awards in 2020 and 2022. Known for her passion for preserving authentic Bengali recipes and culinary storytelling, Chef Joyadrita has collaborated with Chef Saroj Sah, the hotel’s in-house culinary expert, to present a menu that beautifully captures the warmth, heritage, and distinctive flavours of Bengal.
The Kolkata Khadya Carnival will be available daily from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at The Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton Pune, priced at INR 1,899++ per person. Guests are invited to indulge in this limited-period culinary celebration and experience the timeless charm of Bengali cuisine.
