Mumbai, 2nd January 2022: 11,877 new coronavirus positive cases reported in last 24 hours while 2,069 patients discharged today. 65,12,610 COVID-19 patients discharged after full recovery until today. The recovery rate in the state is 97.21%
9 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state today. Case fatality rate in the state is 2.11%.
Out of 6,92,59,618 laboratory samples 66,99,868 have been tested positive (9.67%) for COVID-19 until today.
Currently 2,43,250 people are in home quarantine and 1091 people are in institutional quarantine.
