Maharashtra: First Merit List for Engineering Courses Released; Direct Admission Process Will Start Soon

Pune, January 3, 2021: The CET cell on Saturday (2nd January) declared the first merit list for engineering, pharmacy and MBA courses. Students can register their objections or suggestion on 3rd and 4th January.

About 1.18 lakh students from all over state registered for engineering courses while more than 87 thousand students registered for pharmacy course. The primary merit list for the admission was declared on Saturday. Submission of documents, correction in the application form can be done till 4th January by 5 pm. Final merit list will be declared on 6th January and the first round of admission will begin from 7th January. The same timetable will be applicable for 2nd year engineering and pharmacy courses. Final list for MBA course will be declared on 7th January and the admissions process will start from 8th January.

First Round for postgraduate courses on 6th January
Earlier the first merit list for courses like M.Tech, M.Pahrmacy, MArch and MCA have been declared. Final merit list for MCA courses will be declared on 4th January, while the list for M.Tech, M.Pahrmacy, M Arch will be declared on 5th January. The first round of Admission will be held between 6 to 8 January for these curses.

Admission for Architecture and Hotel Management course will be on 5th and 7th January respectively. The primary merit list for Architecture course has been declared earlier and the final list will be declared on 4th January. The admission process will begin from 5th January.

For the hotel management course, the deadline for registration of objection and suggestion will end on Sunday (3rd January). Thereafter final merit list will be declared on 6th January and the first round of admission will begin from 7th January.
