Mumbai, 30th January Mumbai: The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is on the verge of unveiling its revamped website, expected to be named MahaRERA-CRITI (Complaint and Regulatory Integrated Technology Implementation), within the next month. The upgraded portal is anticipated to be fully operational by the end of February.

Recognizing the evolving needs of the real estate sector, MahaRERA has undertaken significant enhancements to its existing website, which was originally launched in May 2017 during MahaRERA’s inception. The impending changes aim to offer a more user-friendly experience and introduce valuable features for both homebuyers and developers.

Key features of the upcoming website include streamlined processes for lodging complaints, a pivotal addition known as the “Project Health Summary” section, providing comprehensive information about ongoing projects, and various other user-friendly attributes.

For developers, the new platform will simplify the submission of statutory information required under Forms 1, 2, and 3, including Quarterly Progress Reports and Form 5 on an annual basis. This move is particularly significant as these documents often span multiple pages.

During the transition phase from the current system to the upgraded version, the existing website will be temporarily unavailable for a few days due to necessary technical adjustments.

The introduction of the enhanced MahaRERA website signifies a strategic effort to bolster transparency, accountability, and efficiency within the real estate sector.
