Conceptualized and designed to travel across six major cities, the food truck will be present at some of the most popular hubs inPune on 14th and 15th May 2019.Upon its arrival in Punean Executive Chef from Fairfield by Marriott will be preparing dishes such asKosha MangshoKathi Roll, Chicken Shawarma Kebab Wrap and Molten Cheese Nachosas part of the locally-inspired special menu which will be served on-board. Bringing Marriott International Inc.’s philosophy to life, the celebrated chefs and their talented culinary teams aim to create a blissful experience for their patrons in every city.
Cruising through the cities of Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Madurai and Kochi and Pune, this food truck will cover a distance of 6761 kms in 40 days. Through this initiative, Marriott aspires to manifest on the F&B strength of its Select Serve properties – Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton and Aloft Hotels.
