MHADA Extends Deadline for Pune Housing Applications to October 22
Pune, 14th October 2026: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has extended the deadline for online applications for lottery under its Pune Board’s 15% Social Housing and 20% Inclusive Housing schemes for the second time, allowing applicants to apply until October 22.
The extension was granted due to delays in the online verification of domicile certificates and income certificates. The previous deadline was October 15.
So far, 1,65,028 applicants have registered, of whom 1,01,811 have paid the application deposit, said Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil, chairman of the MHADA Pune Board.
As many as 3,872 domicile certificates and 2,142 income certificates are still awaiting verification, prompting the authority to extend the deadline, he said.
