Pune, 9th April 2024: Last month, the Pune board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) unveiled a lottery offering homes across different income brackets. Responding to citizens’ requests, MHADA has decided to extend the deadline for applications for these houses. Additionally, in a move to meet the growing demand, the number of available homes in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad has been augmented by an additional 100 units.

The application process for the lottery commenced on March 8th, with the deadline initially set for April 8th at 5:00 PM. However, in response to public demand, the application window has been extended, allowing citizens to apply for houses until May 30th, with the deadline now extended to 11:59 PM.

Interested applicants are advised to visit http://www.mhada.gov.in or https://mhada.gov.in to complete the online application form for MHADA housing allotment.
