Myanmar Gen Maung Maung Kyaw flies Sukhoi-30 in Pune

Pune, July 5, 2019 : General Maung Maung Kyaw, Commander-in-Chief (Air) of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar visited Air Force Station Pune on 04 and 05 Jul 19. The Commander-in-Chief was formally received by Air Marshal Harjit Singh Arora Ati Vishist Seva Medal, Aide-De-Camp, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command.

The two commanders discussed growing bilateral defence cooperation between the two Air Forces and ongoing defence related developments in the region. At the end of the discussion, General Kyaw and Air Marshal Arora exchanged mementos. The Commander-in-Chief was also hosted for a cultural and social evening at Air Force Station Pune.
