Omicron Alarm: Now 15 State Affected With Omicron Virus, PM Narendra Modi Convenes Emergency Meeting Tomorrow
National, 22 December 2021: India has recorded 13 new cases of the Omicron variant of coronavirus today, total tally reaches to 213 across 15 states and UTs so far out of which 90 people have recovered.

Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan wrote to states and UT’s informing that Omicron variant is at least 3 times more transmissible than the Delta variant.
