Palkhi 2022: Small Dindis of Both Palkhis Entering Pune From Bopkhel Phata And Dapodi
Pune, 22nd June 2022: The palkhis of Sant Shri Dnyaneshwar Mauli from Alandi and Jagadguru Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj from Dehu will arrive in Pune city today. Due to the arrival of palkhis, major roads including the old Mumbai-Pune highway, Alandi Road, FC Road etc will be closed off for traffic in the afternoon.
By 10 am, small Dindis (groups) of both Palkhis are entering from Bopkhel Phata and Harris Bridge respectively.

Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta has informed that over 4,000 police personnel have been deployed for the bandobast duty today and tomorrow during the stay of Palkhis in Pune city. Plainclothes police personnel are also keeping a watch.

Bopodi Chowk to Khadki Bazar, Poultry Chowk, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, RTO Chowk to Engineering College Chowk, Yerawada Shadal Baba Dargah to Patil Estate Chowk (Sangamwadi Bridge).
