Patients battling with leg ailments overcome their fear to participate in 3Km ‘Happy Legs Run’
Pune 21 November 2022: Around 50 patients who have overcome leg pain and diseases participated in a special 3KM run ‘Happy Legs Run’ organised by Sahyadri Hospitals in association with Association of Medical Consultants (AMC ), conducted as part of the annual ‘AMC 10K Marathon’, at Magarpatta City,Hadapsar on Sunday .
‘The Happy legs Run’ was special as these 50 patients, who despite battling with Severe Leg Pain, diseases like Varicose veins have overcome their fear & pain with courage, ran to celebrate their victory over disease.
Abhinav Joshi , Unit Head Sahyadri Hospitals Hadapsar Dr.Kaurabhi Zade , Interventional Radiologist, & Team of Sahyadri Hospitals also participated in the run . An awareness quiz was also organised after the run which included questions regarding leg pain and diseases .
