PCMC: 167 New COVID Cases, 82 Discharged
Pimpri, December 5, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 167 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 82 people got discharged from hospitals while four people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 93,255 out of which 89,593 have recovered while 1660 have died. 899 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 93 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 682 have died and 7128 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 96,08,211 across the country. Out of this, 90,58,822 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 139,700 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 409,689 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
