Mumbai, May 25, 2020: Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has jumped into the Twitter war between Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Railway Minister Piyush Goyal over special trains labourers. We have sent the list for trains. Don’t let the train to Gorakhpur go to Odisha now, Raut replied to Goyal.

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has targeted Piyush Goyal by tweeting. The Maharashtra government has given the list of required trains to the Ministry of Railways. Piyushji, the only request is that the train should reach the destination for which it departs. The train leaving for Gorakhpur should not reach Odisha….

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had criticized the BJP for playing politics in the Corona crisis in Maharashtra. “We requested the Ministry of Railways to release 80 trains daily for the workers. But only 40 trains are released. Only half the trains are released. Shall we also argue on that? The railway administration has not paid the fares to the Maharashtra government, why do politics on that? Thackeray had said earlier.

The Railway Minister Piyush Goyal replied we are ready to give you 125 trains, just submit the list of trains to the railways within an hour. Raut had tweeted back in response to this.

However, Goyal again tweeted at midnight, “It is 12 o’clock in the night and even after 5 hours, we have not received the details and passenger list of 125 trains of tomorrow from the Government of Maharashtra. I have ordered the officials to wait and continue the preparations.

I request that the Maharashtra government still send us how many trains, where and passenger lists in the next hour. We are waiting and working all night to prepare for tomorrow’s trains. Please send passenger lists within the next hour.”
