New Delhi, 19th November 2021: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation today. During this, he announced the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws. He also appealed to the farmers agitating on this issue to return home.

Some farmer organizations are protesting for a long time to withdraw these three laws. Announcing the withdrawal of the law, the Prime Minister said that we had brought these three laws in the interest of farmers. The PM said that perhaps we failed to convince some farmers about it.

Prime Minister Modi said that the three laws will be withdrawn through the House during the Parliament session that begins later this month.

“Today the government has taken another important decision related to the agriculture sector. To promote zero budget farming i.e. natural farming, to change the crop pattern in a scientific way keeping in mind the changing needs of the country. In order to make the MSP more effective and transparent, a committee will be constituted to take decisions on all such subjects, keeping in view the future. In this committee, there will be representatives of the central government, state governments, farmers, agricultural scientists, agricultural economists”, he said.
