PMC’s VIP Road Cleanup In Pune: Reddy’s Family Resto Bar, Al Nayaab, and More Demolished

Viman Nagar, 30th October 2023:The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has undertaken a proactive initiative to enhance the infrastructure and aesthetics of the city’s roadways. This ambitious undertaking, aptly named “Mission 15 Road,” designates 15 major roads as VIP roads, marking them for regular maintenance and beautification.

This morning, the PMC executed a well-coordinated operation to clear unauthorized structures along this important thoroughfare. Notable establishments, including the Reddy’s Family Resto and Bar and Al Nayaab, as well as constructions near the bus stand, were among the properties removed during this enforcement action.

Commenting on these developments, Additional Municipal Commissioner Vikas Dhakne expressed his enthusiasm for “Mission 15 Road,” stating, “The selection of roads in Mission 15 Road is ideal. The illegal construction on Nagar Road was demolished today, and the entire team did an incredible job. The mission’s primary objective is to make the roads free from encroachments, ultimately benefiting the city’s residents and visitors.”
