PNB Housing Finance opensnew regional hub in Pune
Pune, August 16, 2017: PNB Housing Finance, a major home loan provider,today announced the inauguration of a new customer-friendly regional hub in Pune — the 20th such facility in its nationwide network.
The state-of-the-art regional hub located at Gheewala Complex, Chinchwad Station Road, Chinchwad in Pune,was inaugurated by Mr. Ajay Gupta, Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Pankaj Jain, Zonal Business Head, PNB Housing Finance, in the presence of other dignitaries. The is the 20th hub of the company, designed to deliver smooth, speedy and satisfying service toall customers.
PNB Housing Finance Executive Director and Business Head Shaji Varghese said, “Expansion is the engine of growth for the next few fiscals, Pune is a significant area of business and an integral part of our expansion strategy. We plan to open 22 new offices across the country in this financial year, and a majority of these will be located in Western and Southern India where we have seen exponential growth. The Pune hub is astep in that direction and it will strengthen our foothold in Maharashtra.”
Close to 40% of the company’s total retail home loan business comes from the Western region, which is also the highest contributor among all the regions. Pune alone contributes nearly 25 percent of business generated in the Western region, making it one of the most critical business and revenue generating centres for the company.
The new hub will considerably ease the loan disbursement process for the customers of Pune and neighbouring areas. “We, at PNB Housing Finance, always endeavour to provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free experience of availing home loan. The Pune hub will significantly ease operations and offer a high level of personalised service to all our customers.,” Mr Varghese added.
