New Delhi, 16th November 2022: For the 10th and 12th annual examination 2023 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), pre-board will be taken twice in schools. CBSE has circulated instructions to all the schools regarding the same.

The first pre-board will be taken in December and the second one will be conducted in January. If the pre-board result of any student is not satisfactory, then extra classes will be provided by the school for those students.

The question paper for both the pre-boards will be prepared by the school and instructions have also been given by the board to keep the pre-board results safe in the schools.

It is to be noted that for the first time after the Coronavirus period, the written examination will be conducted by the board. The aim of conducting pre-board twice is to get students used to giving written exams.

According to reports, CBSE will start the 10th and 12th board examinations in the second week of February. The practical examinations are scheduled to start on January 1.
