President of India congratulates Shri Mariyappan Thangavelu

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated Shri Mariyappan Thangavelu on becoming the first Indian high jumper to win a Gold Medal at the Rio Paralympic Games-2016.
