Pride World City unveils KINGSBURY Phase – II
Pune, January 15: City based Pride Group, one of the best-known names from the world of real estate since the past 23 years has unveiled ‘KINGBURY Phase – II’(MahaRERA Registration – P52100019148) at Pride World City. An announcement to this effect was made by Arvind Jain, Managing Director, Pride Group during a Press Conference held in the city today. Pride World City is a flagship project of Pride Group which is getting developed across 400 acres at CharholiBK, Off Dhanori – Lohegaon Road. Speaking about KINGSBURY Phase – IIArvind Jain said, “After an overwhelming response to the earlier phase of KINGSBURY, we are happy to open bookings for 300 flats being developed in the second phase. It will have options like 2 and 3 BHK with usable area ranging between 744 and 1229 square feet. The all-inclusive price of the flat will start from Rs.49 Lac onwards.”

When fully complete in next 15 years, the city will be spread across 400 acres with development of 25 million square feet. Investments worth Rs.7500/- Crore shall be made in the development of entire Pride World City.
