Pujari, Shleke lift titles at the Second leg of PMDTA-KPIT Junior Little Champions Bronze series Tennis Tournament
Pune, Feb 11: Ayush Pujari and Mrunal Shelke lift titles in the boys and girls under 12 event respectively at the Second leg of PMDTA – KPIT Little Junior Champions Bronze series Tennis Tournament organized by Om Dalvi Memorial Trust in association with Pune Metropolitan District Tennis Association (PMDTA) supported by KPIT and played at Maharashtra Police(MT Gymkhana) Tennis Gymkhana, Parihar Chowk, Aundh.
In the girls under 12 group finals 5th Standard student of Maharashtra Mandal English Medium School top seeded Mrunal Shelke outplayed second seeded Kavya Deshmukh 5-3, 4-2 and claim her first title of the season in this category. She practices at Hirabaug Tennis Court under coach Pranav Velankar.
In the boys under 12 section Unseeded Ayush Pujari upset third seeded Namish Hood 4-0, 4-1 to claim the first title of the season. 6th Standard student of Loyala School Ayush practices at ODMT Tennis Centre under coach Maruti Raut.
The winner’s and runner up got trophy and certificates. The prizes were given away at the hands of Mr.Shrikesh Tudayekar, Kranti Tudayekar and Mr.Maruti Raut, organizing secretary and Tournament supervisor Tejal Kulkarni were present on the occasion.

Kavya Deshmukh(2) bt Ritsa Kondkar 7-1;
Final Round: Mrunal Shelke(1) bt Kavya Deshmukh(2) 5-3, 4-2.
