Pune: 12 Huts Gutted In Fire In Hadapsar, Nobody Injured

Hadapsar, 17th July 2022: A total of 12 huts behind the Mhada Colony in the Suraksha Nagar of Hadapsar caught fire in the wee hours of Sunday. The Hadapsar Industrial Estate Fire Station was alerted about it at 2:45 am and a team rushed to the spot.

No casualties were reported during the incident.

Five fire tenders and one water tanker were used to bring down the fire. Also, support was sent by the Kondhwa-Khurd Fire Station and Lohiya Nagar Fire Station to stop the fire from further spreading.

Fire Brigade official Vilas Dadas said, “We received the call at around 2:45 am. The fire was huge but was brought under control within 10-15 minutes. We couldn’t ascertain the reason for the fire as it is unclear yet.”
