Pune: 1500 Saplings Planted In Lohegaon By Citizens And Forest Department

Lohegaon, 31st July 2022: Green Avani Foundation with support from Maharashtra Forest Department today planted 15,00 saplings at Khandoba Mal in Lohegaon, Pune.

Children, adults as well as senior citizens gathered at the hill opposite Ajeenkya DY Patil University for the plantation drive.

The program was initiated under the guidance of Chief Conservator of Forest NR Pravin, Deputy Conservator of Forest Rahul Patil, Assistant Conservator of Forest Ashutosh Shedge, Range Forest Officer Mukesh Sanas with the support of Prashant Lage, Vinod Rajput, Bipin Dubey, Jaya Thapliyal of Green Avani Foundation.

On this occasion, Bandu Khandve, Deputy Chairman Panchayat Samiti, Somnath Khandve, Shailesh Bhandari of BU Bhandari Motors, and Anil Rathod of Forest Department were present.
